1. Class Registration and Payment

1. All class registrations must be completed through this website, with payment made at the time of registration. Dance Lab Studio does not accept cash payments or bank transfers—all transactions must be processed through the website.

2. Once payment is completed, your class details will be recorded in the system, and you may attend the class accordingly.

3. Course fees are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by Dance Lab Studio.

2. Class Cancellations and Changes

1. Dance Lab Studio reserves the right to change class schedules, locations, or cancel classes. In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, instructor illness), Dance Lab Studio will notify students as soon as possible and offer a reschedule or alternative solution.

2. If a student wishes to reschedule or cancel a class, they must provide at least (Enter Time, e.g., 24 hours) notice. Otherwise, the class will be considered attended and cannot be rescheduled or refunded.

3. Liability Disclaimer

1. Students are responsible for assessing their own physical condition to ensure they can safely participate in classes. Dance Lab Studio and its instructors are not liable for any injuries resulting from personal health conditions or improper exercise.

2. Dance Lab Studio is not responsible for any losses due to website usage, technical issues, or third-party payment system failures.

4. User Conduct

1. Students must follow class rules, respect instructors and fellow students, and refrain from any inappropriate behavior.

2. Dance Lab Studio reserves the right to refuse service to users who violate these rules, with no refunds provided.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

1. Personal information provided during registration (such as name and contact details) is used solely for class management and will not be sold or disclosed to third parties.
