We are committed to providing high-quality classes and ensuring a great experience for all our students. Since we offer services rather than physical products, our refund policy is as follows:
Class Refund Policy
1. No Refund Policy
• Generally, we do not offer refunds once payment has been made. Please ensure your availability before enrolling in a class.
2. Class Rescheduling for Unforeseen Circumstances
• If you are unable to attend a class due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or emergencies), you may request to reschedule and join another ongoing class within the same program.
• Rescheduling requests must be made before the missed class and are subject to availability.
3. Class Adjustments
• If a class is canceled due to uncontrollable factors (such as natural disasters or government policy changes), we will reschedule the class accordingly.
• If a student misses a class for personal reasons without prior notice, no rescheduling or refunds will be provided.

• Requests for rescheduling must be submitted via email to d.labdancestudio@gmail.com, along with relevant details.
• Rescheduling is subject to class availability and must be used within a specified period.
