Refund Policy


We are committed to providing high-quality classes and ensuring a great experience for all our students. Since we offer services rather than physical products, our refund policy is as follows:


Class Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

Generally, we do not offer refunds once payment has been made. Please ensure your availability before enrolling in a class.

2. Class Rescheduling for Unforeseen Circumstances

If you are unable to attend a class due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or emergencies), you may request to reschedule and join another ongoing class within the same program.

Rescheduling requests must be made before the missed class and are subject to availability.

3. Class Adjustments

If a class is canceled due to uncontrollable factors (such as natural disasters or government policy changes), we will reschedule the class accordingly.

If a student misses a class for personal reasons without prior notice, no rescheduling or refunds will be provided.


Rescheduling Process

Requests for rescheduling must be submitted via email to d.labdancestudio@gmail.com, along with relevant details.

Rescheduling is subject to class availability and must be used within a specified period.
